We operate as an integrated provider for turnkey solutions for hospitals, clinics and other healthcare facilities, independent from original equipment manufacturers and vendors. We execute projects globally with a growing focus on Asia and sub-Saharan Africa.
In the majority of our projects that we execute we are either developers or main-contractors (EPC) with inhouse capabilities for front-end engineering and design for clinical and non-clinical facilities at any type and size.
What makes us different is that we develop, design and engineer projects with our in-house experts. We are not packagers. We deliver our projects by taking responsibility end-to-end, from financing to execution and training as well as long-term repair and maintenance contracts.
We are a multi-disciplined hospital engineer predominantly for the government sector specialized in health planning, medical equipment technology, project management, consulting and advisory services related to hospital infrastructure development, system integration, preparing for tender, commissioning, and facility maintenance management.
We either help to serve as a private implementing agent or, as a turnkey professional service provider or, as a program manager with multi-faceted functionalities on ad hoc basis and on solicited basis.

Medical Engineering & Clinical Programing
Medical engineering and planning is the core to our business and central to our endavour.
We either develop a project from the initial idea with a concept, front-end design and engineering, preliminary budgeting, and planning or, we help refurbishing existing clinical facilities with a new clinical program design, deploying advanced medical technology.
Medical Advisory
On a mandate basis, we are advisors to investors or employers supporting healthcare organizations in service development, clinical program enhancement, and complete operational transformation.

With these challenges being constant, PPP models are the most suitable way out in expanding, transitioning, and adapting health systems to the challenges.
